What can you do with BA in Counseling, Social Work or Psych?

Are you thinking about Grad school? Confused about the difference between mental health counseling, social work, psychology and psychoanalysis? Do you wonder what job prospects are out there? What can you do if you want to take a year off? This talk will help clear up some issues that are concerns of many undergrads and recent grads thinking about their future in the helping professions. We will talk about job prospects, advantages and disadvantages to a gap year and different professions. Come and ask questions!

William Sharp, Psya.D, CGP is a lecturer at Northeastern University, Wheelock College, and the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. He works with Boston area schools and teachers to provide individual and group counseling and supervision around social and emotional development. He has a private practice in Brookline Village.
